This 5-day training course offers participants an in-depth exploration of emotional intelligence (EI) and its application in both professional and personal contexts. Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage our own emotions while also perceiving and positively influencing the emotions of others. Through a balance of theory, self-reflection, and practice, participants will develop greater awareness, empathy, and communication skills. The program is designed for teachers, professionals and individuals who wish to improve their relationships, classroom or workplace climate, and overall well-being.

The course follows a highly interactive and experiential approach to ensure learning goes beyond theory:
Theoretical input: Short presentations introducing key concepts and models.
Practical exercises: Individual and group activities, role plays, and case studies.
Reflection: Journaling, guided discussions, and personal sharing circles.
Peer learning: Pair and group work to practice empathy and active listening.
Action planning: Each participant develops a concrete plan to apply EI skills in their professional and personal life.
