Description

This intensive five-day training program is designed to equip educators with the theoretical knowledge, practical tools, and hands-on experience needed to successfully implement flipped learning strategies in diverse classroom settings. Through a balance of pedagogy, technology integration, collaborative planning, and real-world application, participants will explore how to create inclusive, engaging, and student-centered flipped classroom environments. The course also emphasizes cross-curricular opportunities and promotes cultural exchange among educators.

Participants will develop and enhance the following competences:

- Ability to implement modern, learner-centered teaching methods

- Competence in using digital tools to design and deliver flipped learning experiences.

- Skills to create structured and personalized learning plans.

Learn by doing – Participants actively engage in designing and applying flipped classroom strategies through hands-on activities.

Collaborative learning – Educators co-create lesson plans and share feedback in peer-led sessions to foster deeper understanding.

Technology integration – Practical use of Web 2.0 tools and basic coding is embedded throughout the course to support digital teaching skills.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

- Understand and articulate the principles, pedagogy, and benefits of flipped learning.

- Critically assess the limitations and challenges of flipped classroom approaches.

- Design interactive, inclusive, and differentiated lesson plans using Web 2.0 tools and basic coding.

- Develop engaging multimedia content, including screencasts, to support flipped instruction.

- Implement flipped learning across different subjects and educational levels.

- Evaluate and refine flipped lessons based on peer and self-assessment.

- Plan for cross-curricular and school-wide integration of flipped learning practices.
