This intensive five-day training program is designed to equip educators with the theoretical knowledge, practical tools, and hands-on experience needed to successfully implement flipped learning strategies in diverse classroom settings. Through a balance of pedagogy, technology integration, collaborative planning, and real-world application, participants will explore how to create inclusive, engaging, and student-centered flipped classroom environments. The course also emphasizes cross-curricular opportunities and promotes cultural exchange among educators.
Participants will develop and enhance the following competences:
- Ability to implement modern, learner-centered teaching methods
