This course is designed to equip educators, school board members, administrators, and non-teaching staff with contemporary entrepreneurial techniques and mindsets that foster innovation and leadership within educational environments. The focus is on practical tools and strategies that enable participants to drive positive change, inspire creative problem-solving, and develop initiatives that benefit both the school community and the students.

By the end of the course, participants will:

  • Innovative Leadership:

    • Cultivate leadership skills that support the development of a creative and entrepreneurial culture within schools.
    • Apply modern techniques such as Design Thinking to solve complex problems in education.
  • Creative Problem-Solving:

    • Encourage innovative thinking and problem-solving approaches among staff and students.
    • Use tools like brainstorming sessions, mind mapping, and rapid prototyping to generate and test new ideas.
  • Project and Initiative Development:

    • Lead the creation of educational projects that align with the school’s goals and community needs.
    • Employ Lean Startup principles to develop, test, and refine projects efficiently.
  • Team Building and Collaboration:

    • Build and manage diverse, high-performing teams that contribute to the school’s entrepreneurial initiatives.
    • Foster a collaborative environment where every member's skills and ideas are valued.
  • Practical Application:

    • Design and execute a real-world project or initiative that addresses a current challenge or opportunity within the school or community.
    • Create a detailed project plan, including goals, timelines, resource allocation, and evaluation metrics.

The course combines theoretical training with interactive workshops, case studies, and simulations. Participants will engage in hands-on activities that apply entrepreneurial methods to real-world scenarios in education. Techniques such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile Project Management will be explored and practiced.
Practical Component: Participants will work in teams to design and implement a project aimed at solving a specific challenge within their school or educational community.
