The "Understanding Inclusion and Diversity" exchange program is a comprehensive five-day initiative designed to educate and empower participants about the significance of inclusion and diversity in various societal contexts. Through a series of interactive workshops, visits to local organizations, and practical role-playing exercises, participants will gain firsthand experience and insights into the challenges and opportunities related to diversity.

Throughout the program, participants will cultivate a range of competencies essential for promoting inclusion:
