DESCRIPTION

Motivation is a key factor in the success of students at all stages of their education, and teachers can play a pivotal role in providing and encouraging that motivation in their students. Even the best intentioned and educated teachers sometimes lack the skills to keep kids on track. This training will provide participants with a range of useful methods to motivate their students and to encourage them to live up to their true potential.

METHODOLOGY

The approach will be practical, experiential and based on an analysis of reality and the concerns of the group. Mainly we will work in assembly and small groups, encouraging the reflection and creativity in order to expand the options and alternatives for action. We will also make use of the role-play, and the analysis of cases and group dynamics.

RESULTS

By completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Become more aware of their impact on the intellectual development of a learner;
  • Be able to effectively support motivation of their students;
  • Bet to know and be able to use a wide range of tools animed at motivating and keeping motivated students;
  • Be able to use different methods of implementing creative solution in their professional life, discovering at the same time their own creative resources;
  • Be able to unblock patterns of thinking which we use on a daily basis increasing of the communication skills and relationship building process;
